Educated VA #2: Are you committed to your success?

determination

In my first podcast episode I made the rather audacious promise to post a new episode each and every week. I got some feedback about that, and I even had second thoughts about it after I uploaded the episode, but in the end, I think it was a good thing for me to commit to. Listen to today’s episode to find out how you can make big audacious promises work for you.

Today’s Tip

Do you have a phone number for your office? As someone who (once upon a time) made purchasing decisions and hires outsourcers, I can tell you that the more contact information you have on your site, the better.

But who wants to put their home or personal cell phone number out there for the world to see? Not me.

Enter Google Voice. It’s free, it’s incredibly flexible, and it lets you easily include a phone number on your site without inviting random strangers to call your home.

On Being Committed and Accountable

Client work is a given. We know we have to get that done, and hopefully that is your priority every day – well, at least if you want to pay the bills and build stronger client relationships.

But what about growing your own business? Who holds you accountable for that? How do you ensure you’re doing the things that will take you where you want to go?

That’s the topic of this episode.
